Elizabeth Gilman’s Fleur de Sel Private Chef & Catering service represent her passionate commitment to flavorful, beautiful, and sustainable cuisine. Fleur de Sel catering serves only fresh, in-season, organic and local ingredients, found in and around Salt Lake City. Every menu is created especially for your event, dietary needs or desires. We try to create an intimate and personal experience, ranging from gourmet menus to serving your guests with the best possible service in Utah. Flower arrangements and décor are offered as well as the option for full event coordination and planning.

Fleur de Sel makes a difference by using food harvested, and produced sustainably and regionally. Buying locally provides great quality, boosts our economy, protects our farmland, enhances our local food systems, and keeps our environment and us healthy. We support and use as many organic ingredients as possible--those produced without petrochemicals, artificial coloring, growth stimulants, antibiotics or pesticides.
